Peixe Seco c/ Óleo de Amendoim (Dry Fish w/ Peanut Oil)

Ingredients:

- 1 kg of dry fish cut into pieces
- 2 chopped onions
- 3 chopped tomatoes
- 4 soup spoons of peanut oil

1- Soak the fish to take off the salt and wash it with hot water.

2- Boil the peanut oil and add the onions, the tomatoes and the fish.

3- Let it cook for 20 minutes and serve when it's still hot.
