- 2 green sweet peppers
- 2 red sweet peppers
- 1 kg of fish (red snapper, red sea bream, ...)
- 5 dl of coconut milk
- 1 cluster of coriander
- 3 onions
- 5 tomatoes
- chili to taste
- 500 gr of peeled shrimps
- salt to taste
- olive oil
1- Prepare the fish. Cut into flitches and pulverize with a bit of salt.
2- Chop into very small pieces all the vegetables, add olive oil abundantly and spice with salt. Let it rest.
3- In a pan put a half of this mixture and over it, put the fish flitches and the peeled shrimps. Cover with the other half of the vegetable mixture.
4- Add the coconut milk. Cover the pan and let it cook on very low heat for more or less 30 minutes. Anyway take a look every time you can. When it's ready serve it with white rice.
