Caranguejo Recheado (Stuffed Crab)

Ingredients:

- 1 kg of crab
- 500 gr of cream
- 3 soup spoons of coriander
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 soup spoons of olive oil
- grated bread

1- Wash the crabs and boil for 5 minutes.

2- Tear the crab meat into shreds and keep the shells.

3- Fry the onion and the garlic on olive oil, add the crab with the cream and the coriander. Fill the shells with this mixture.

4- Pulverize with grated bread and put on the kiln to roast a bit on the top. Serve hot on the shells.
