- 1 chicken
- 1 onion
- 3,5 dl of milk
- 3 garlic cloves
- 250 gr of mango cut into pieces
- chilli to taste
- salt to taste
- 1 dl of olive oil
1- In a pan, fry the chicken cut into pieces, the chopped onion and the chopped garlic cloves.
2- When the chicken loses its raw color, add the milk and the mango pieces.
3- Spice it with chilli and salt.
4- Cover the pan and let it cook until it's ready and serve it with white rice. Bom apetite!
