Abóbora Refogada (Fried Pumpkin)

Ingredients:

- 4 pumpkins
- 2 soup spoons of oil
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- ½ onion chopped
- salt and pepper

1- Peel the pumpkins and cut them into cubes of middle size.

2- Heat the oil and fry the garlic and the onion. Add the pumpkin cubes and stir it well until shred.

3- Spice with salt and pepper and stir again.

4- Add enough water until cover the pumpkin. Cover the pan and let it cook in low heat for 15 minutes. Add water always when necessary and it's ready to serve.
