Doce de Tomate (Tomato Jam)

Ingredients:

- 4 kg of tomato
- 2,5 kg of sugar

1- Cut the tomatoes into pieces and keep in a covered pan.

2- On the next day boil slowly for 2 or 3 hours.

3- On the third day add the sugar and boil one more time for 2 or 3 hours. The jam is ready!
