- 2 cups of flour
- 1,5 cups of sugar
- 120 gr of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tea spoon of vanilla
- 1 tea spoon of lemon juice
- 1 tea spoon of sodium bicarbonate
- 1 cup of smashed bananas
- 1 cup of curdled milk (done with the lemon)
- ¼ of tea spoon of salt
1- Whisk the butter with the sugar until become creamy. Add the bananas.
2- Whisk the eggs and add the milk, the vanilla and the batter you did before. Mix with the flour, the salt and the sodium bicarbonate.
3- Take it to the kiln and wait until the cake cooks.
Is that 1.5 cup of sugar?
