Doce de Abóbora com Côco (Pumpkin Jam w/ Coconut)

Ingredients:

- 0,5 kg of pumpkin
- 0,5 kg of sugar
- 1 coconut

1- Cook the peeled pumpkin using not too much water. Staunch and filter.

2- Add the sugar and cook it. Stir continuously.

3- When it start to boil add the grated coconut and stir continuously until the jam reach the right point (thick and with not to much syrup). When it's finished let it gets colder and save the jam on an airtight recipient.
