- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tea spoon of salt
- 3 soup spoons of vegetable oil
- ½ chopped big green pepper
- 7 chopped tomatoes
- 1 chopped middle size onion
- 1 chopped carrot
- 1 soup spoon of yellow curry
- 2 tea spoons of powdered cumin
- 2 tea spoons of oregano
- 2 bay leafs
- 1 chopped big savoy cabbage
- 1 vegetables broth
- salt and pepper
1- Put the chopped garlic cloves and salt in a big pan. Add the oil and let it fry until golden.
2- Add all the spices and the rest of the vegetables but not the savoy cabbage. Let it cook for a few minutes until the tomato becomes softer and the vegetables become a thick sauce.
3- Add the savoy cabbage, the vegetables broth and 1 or 2 cups of water until cover the mixture. Let it boil for 30 minutes. Don't forget the sauce must be thick. When it's finished add salt and pepper to taste and serve this exotic flavor.
