Cabeça de Peixe Saborosa (Delicious Fish Head)

Ingredients:

- 1 L of water
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 chopped tomatoes
- 3 chopped chilis
- 1 fish head

1- Put in a pan 1 L of water and let it boil. Add the onion, the tomatoes and the chilis. Let it boil for 15 minutes.

2- Cut the fish head in 3 or 4 pieces and add to the pan. Boil it very well until the fish gets shredded. Serve with coconut rice or beans rice.
