Caril de Camarão (Shrimps Curry)

Ingredients:

- 4 or 5 garlic cloves
- 1 tea spoon of cumin
- a bit of saffron
- coconut milk
- 1 big onion
- 1 kg of shrimps
- red pepper to taste
- 1 green pepper
- 2 soup spoons of coriander

1- Smash the following spices: garlics, cumins, saffron and red peppers.

2- Chop thinly the onion and put in the pan the shrimps with the smashed spices and the coconut milk. Cook until thicken. Simple and delicious!
