- 200 gr of peanut (smashed with a pestle)
- 1 chicken
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- olive oil
- chili to taste
- salt to taste
- 1 tea spoon of curry
1- Put the smashed peanut in a recipient with 1 L of cold water. Mix it very well and take off the excess of water with the ironer.
2- Boil the water for 30 minutes. Fry the tomatoes, onions, and garlic on the olive oil quickly. Add the chicken cut into pieces and the curry. Cook it for some minutes.
3- In the end add the chili, salt and the water from the peanuts you boiled before. Wait till the sauce gets thicky and serve it.
