Ingredients:
- 1 kg of lamb meat
- 1 big onion
- 5 tomatoes of middle size
- 1 tea spoon of curry
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tea spoon of powdered coriander
- 3 soup spoons of oil
- 1 tea spoon of salt
- 1 lemon
1- Cut the meat into pieces, spice it with sliced garlic and a little bit of lemon juice.
2- Let the meat boil until it gets cooked. Add water whenever it's necessary.
3- Then fry the chopped onion, the chopped tomatoes and the spices (curry, coriander and salt). Add the cooked meat.
4- Let it boil for a while until the sauce becomes dense, take it from the stove and serve it with white rice and a tea spoon of jam. Good cooking!
