Caranguejo Guisado (Crab Stew)

Ingredients:

- 1 kg of crab
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 piece of saffron
- 1 piece of ginger
- 5 cloves
- 2 tea spoons of cumins
- 3 tea spoons of coriander
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 3 soup spoons of vegetable oil
- 1 tea spoon of salt
- peppercorns
- 1 piece of dry mango

1- Smash very well all the spices together and keep them.

2- Fry the onions and the peppercorns on the vegetable oil. Add the tomatoes and the crab.

3- Fry for a few minutes more and add the smashed spices, the coconut milk and the dry mango. Boil in low heat. Add more coconut milk if necessary to obtain more sauce.
