Camarões com Leite de Côco (Shrimps with Coconut Milk)

Ingredients:

- 5 or 6 dl of coconut milk
- 1 onion
- 1 kg of shrimps
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 coffee spoon of saffron
- salt to taste
- chilli to taste
- 1 dl of olive oil

1- Strip the raw shrimps.

2- Fry the chopped onion on olive oil until golden and then add the tomatoes already striped, with no seeds and chopped on the skillet and let it cook until becomes pulp.

3- Add the shrimps and stir continuously for more or less 2 minutes.

4- Add the coconut milk with the saffron, the chilli and the salt.

5- Let it cook in low heat for 15 minutes and serve your meal with white rice.
