Caril de Caranguejo (Crab Curry)

Ingredients:

- 500 gr of boiled crab
- 2 onions
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of yellow curry powder
- 1/2 tsp of hot chili sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- coconut milk
- 3 tbsp of olive oil

1- Open the crab and take all the meat to a bowl and shred it.

2- Fry the chopped onions and garlics on olive oil until golden and then add the crab, the chopped tomatoes, the curry and the hot chilli sauce. Let it cook until the crab changes color.

3- Add the coconut milk and stir everything continuously, in low heat. Let it cook for 30min in low heat and in the end add the salt. Bom apetite!
