Bolo de Castanha de Caju (Cashew Cake)

Ingredients:

- 250 gr of sugar
- 250 gr of very well smashed cashew
- 8 eggs

1- Whisk well the sugar with the yolks until becomes whiter.

2- Add the smashed cashews and at least the beaten eggs white.

3- Grease the cake tin with butter.

4- Put the batter in the cake tin and cook on the kiln with moderate temperature. It's ready when it becomes gold.
