- tuna steaks
- lard
- sliced onion
- chopped garlic cloves
- parsley
- black pepper and salt to taste
1- Spice the steaks with garlic and salt.
2- Fry the steaks on lard in a skillet. Add immediately the sliced onion, the chopped garlic cloves, the parsley and pepper. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Take care when it's time to turn over the steaks because they can break.
3- Try to serve it with french fries or seafood rice and enjoy your meal!
I don't eat lard can I just use olive oil
