Almôndegas de Peru em Molho de Caril (Turkey Meatballs w/ Curry Sauce)

Ingredients:

- turkey meatballs
- 1,25 dl of cream
- salt
- 1,5 L of water
- 1 chicken broth
- ½ onion
- cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tea spoon of turmeric
- 1 pinch of curry
- 1 soup spoon of flour mixed with 1 soup spoon of butter
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 1 banana
- 2 slices of pineapple
- 2 soup spoons of sliced almonds

1- Put the meatballs in 1,5 L of water with the chicken broth. Add the onion, the cloves and the bay leaf and cook for 12 minutes.

2- Take off the meatballs and keep them in a recipient. Add the turmeric, the curry and the mixture of flour and butter to the broth. Mix well. Add the cream, the sugar and the peeled and chopped fruit. Rectify the spices and serve the meatballs with the sauce over them. Roast the almonds and spread over the meatballs.
