Galinha à Cafreal (Grilled Chicken)

Ingredients:

- 1 chicken
- salt
- garlic cloves
- chili
- olive oil
- lemon juice

1- Prepare the chicken opening it for its back.

2- Smash one portion of salt with some garlic cloves, chili and a bit of olive oil.

3- Spread this mixture inside and outside the chicken.

4- Let it rest for a few hours and grill the chicken slowly until becomes gold. As long as the chicken grills, don't forget to turn it over several times, always spreading olive oil and lemon drops on the chicken. We hope you like it!
