- 1 kg of sweet potato
- 750 gr of sugar
- 250 gr of butter
- 125 gr of grapes
- 8 eggs
- 1 bread with 250 gr
- 1 powdered big nutmeg
- 1 glass of Macieira (brandy)
1- Melt the butter and add the bread cut into small pieces. Add the sugar and the yolks and whisk it well.
2- Peel and smash the potatoes already cooked, add them with the beaten eggs white and the rest of the ingredients.
3- Cover the cake tin with paper appropriate to cook and put the cake dough inside. Put it into the kiln and wait till it's ready.
