- coconut oil
- garlic
- onions
- coconut milk
- pepper
- salt
- saffron
- eggs
1- Fry the chopped garlics and the chopped onions on coconut oil.
2- Add half of the coconut milk without whisking, the pepper, the salt and the saffron to taste. Cook it for one minute.
3- Add the raw eggs and 5 minutes later add the rest of the coconut milk and the salt. Boil for a few minutes and it's ready to serve.
No curry powder ???
